WATER DAMAGE

QUICK RESPONSE TO A WATER LOSS IS CRITICAL.

Water damage may occur in many different ways, including; a burst pipe, broken waterline, or

sewer back-up.

Having a quick response to a water leak and identifying the source of the water leak is critical since water can cause severe damage to a building including fallen drywall. Damage from water worsens quickly over time.

If the source of the water loss is not properly dealt with in a timely manner, secondary damage can be more severe than the initial damage from the water leak itself. Costly issues, such as mold growth, can arise within 72 hours in extremely high humidity conditions.

In order to mitigate the severity of a water loss, returning the indoor environment to a normal state requires the correct mix of drying equipment, monitoring, and time.

Our project managers and technicians have received specialized trained in pin pointing the source of the water leak and then immediately beginning the water restoration process and applied structural drying. Their focus is to stabilize the environment in a timely manner and minimize the impact of the water loss.
