ANIMAL-RELATED DAMAGE

Often found is damage to soffit, fascia, and/or shingles frequently caused by raccoons. This type of damage breaks the 'envelope' of the home, and leaves the property susceptible to water damage. Additionally, if the damage is not repaired and covered up, this access point is inviting raccoons and other pests into your property.
